Cancellation & Refund Policy

By confirming a reservation at Casa de Primo, the guest agrees to the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to check-in are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount paid.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date, including no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing period.
  • Date changes are treated as cancellations unless explicitly approved in writing by Casa de Primo.
  1. Cancellation Policy – All-Inclusive Vacations

All-Inclusive Cancellation & Refund Policy

All-Inclusive vacation packages at Casa de Primo require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation. This deposit secures third-party services including, but not limited to, private chefs, tour guides, transportation providers, and curated experiences.

By confirming an All-Inclusive reservation, the guest agrees to the following terms:

  • The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to secure third-party services that do not return deposits once booked.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund of the remaining 50% balance paid, provided it has already been collected.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date, including no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable in their entirety, including both the deposit and any additional payments made.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are limited strictly to amounts recovered, if any, from third-party providers due to cancellations caused by weather conditions, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control. No refund is guaranteed unless such funds are successfully recovered.
  • All-Inclusive packages are sold as a bundled experience. Lodging and experience components cannot be separated for refund purposes.
