Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement
By confirming a reservation at Casa de Primo, the guest agrees to these Terms and
Conditions. The reservation constitutes a binding agreement between Casa de Primo
and the guest.

2. Services Provided
Casa de Primo provides only the services explicitly included in the reservation, such as
lodging, pool access, outdoor amenities, and any confirmed All-Inclusive services
(chefs, tours, transportation booked through Casa de Primo). Casa de Primo will
coordinate these services with third-party providers.

3. Limitation of Liability
Casa de Primo is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during
transportation, tours, excursions, or any services provided by third-party vendors,
including but not limited to chefs, guides, drivers, or equipment rentals.
Guests are responsible for their own insurance coverage for personal injury, medical
emergencies, travel, or property loss.
Casa de Primo does not provide medical, travel, or accident insurance, and guests are
encouraged to obtain their own coverage.
Casa de Primo cannot be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not
limited to weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, or acts of third parties.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must follow all house rules and safety instructions provided by Casa de Primo
staff or third-party service providers.
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of all accompanying
persons.

5. Payments
All payments are due as indicated in the booking.

Reservations require advance payment according to the terms stated at booking.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows
By confirming a reservation at Casa de Primo, the guest agrees to the following
cancellation policies according to the type of booking. No-shows or early departures are
treated as cancellations under these terms.

a) Direct Booking (Lodging Only)
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date: full refund
of all amounts paid, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 30 and 16 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total
booking amount paid.
Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to check-in, including no-shows or early
departures: non-refundable.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within a
reasonable processing period.
Date changes are treated as cancellations unless explicitly approved in writing by Casa
de Primo.

b) All-Inclusive Vacation Packages
All-Inclusive reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking
to secure third-party services (chefs, guides, transportation, and other booked
experiences).
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a refund of
the remaining 50% balance, if it has already been collected.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in, including no-shows or early
departures: non-refundable, including both the deposit and any additional payments
made.
Refunds, if applicable, are strictly limited to amounts recovered from third-party
providers due to cancellations caused by weather conditions, force majeure, or other
unforeseeable events. No refund is guaranteed unless funds are successfully
recovered.

All-Inclusive packages are sold as bundled experiences, and lodging and experience
components cannot be separated for refund purposes.

7. Force Majeure
Casa de Primo shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events
beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics,
or other unforeseeable circumstances.

8. Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa de Primo, its owners, employees,
and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from guest activities, including
those involving third-party services booked through Casa de Primo.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Puerto Rico, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

10. Acceptance
By completing the booking process and checking the corresponding box, guests
acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions in full.
